A Virtual Conference Jointly Sponsored by The American Board of Clinical Social Work and the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work
The ABCSW Conference Committee is planning a two-day conference entitled “Establishing Safety in Times of Uncertainty: The Empowering Clinical Social Worker” to take place at the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work on April 9 and 10, 2026. The conference is offering 12 CEU’s.
This educational event includes 3-hour panel presentations on each of the two afternoons of the conference, in which two BCD’s each day will be asked to present cases from their own practices that illustrate the clinical challenges described by our speakers. The two invited speakers will also participate in the panels as consultants/respondents to share their perspectives on the clinical issues presented and to spark discussion between the panelists and the audience.
We are seeking written summaries from our BCD members ONLY describing a real case that you are willing to present for this conference. We are offering a 50% discount off the registration fee for the conference to the four clinicians who are chosen to present cases. These are the criteria we will be using to choose the four case presenters for the conference.
Submission Deadline: January 1, 2026
