Hotel reservations are first come first serve at the reduced group rate of $139.00 plus tax until July 13, 2022. After that time, the group rate will be offered based on hotel availability only. The group rate will be available to our attendees from Tuesday, August 2 through Saturday, August 6, 2022.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
The hotel cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to the arrival date.  Cancellation after that date will result in a one-night non-refundable guest room charge plus taxes and fees.  This cancellation policy is also listed in the reservation step of the passkey link.
