Room Rates: Run of House (Group Rate) – Single or Double $239/night plus applicable taxes and fees.
Reservation Cut-off: Reservations made after the deadline of Wednesday, April 3, 2024, or when the room block fills, are subject to rate and space availability.  If the group rate is no longer available, prevailing rates may be offered for some or all of your dates.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: If you do not cancel your reservation 7 days before arrival, your 1-night deposit will be forfeited.

CONTINUING EDUCATION
Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB)
ABCSW, #1854, is approved as an ACE provider to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit.  ACE provider approval period: 8/23/2023 – 8/23/2024.   Social workers completing this course receive up to 20 continuing education credits/hours.

Information, recognition numbers and indicators of ACE approved providers are not transferable to any other entity and may not be used or displayed on promotional material or websites or used in any manner that may be misleading to the public. Only ACE-approved providers may use the ACE identifying information and recognition numbers.

National Association of Social Workers (NASW)
New York and New Jersey Only:  "This program is pending approval by the National Association of Social Workers (Approval # to be added when approval is granted) for continuing education contact credit/hours."

Continuing Education Certificate Requirements
Registered conference attendees must fully attend each chosen session to be eligible for Continuing Education Credit/Hours. All attendees will have access within the conference app (WHOVA) for each session attended.  Once in the conference app, navigate to the agenda, click in the session you just attended, and a link will be in the description for you to complete. Session evaluations include attendance attestation statements and must be completed within the same day as the attended session to be considered valid.

To receive a Continuing Education Certificate, you must complete the attestation statement for each session attended and the overall conference evaluation survey. The link to complete the overall conference survey will be emailed to all attendees after closing remarks on Saturday, April 20, 2024.

The completion deadline for the Overall Conference Evaluation is Monday, April 22, 2024. Continuing Education Certificates will be electronically sent on Friday, April 29, 2024, via the email provided in your overall conference evaluation.
